Description

On offer here is a stunning and superb example of the legendary 4000 DS MK II tape deck.If you are reading this you will probably already know about its superior build,reliability and performance qualities.If you dont know there is a wealth of information on the net to inform.Sturdily built resulting in enviable reliability with superb performance characteristics demonstrate why after around 30 years these machines are much sought after.

The lucky bidder will receive the original user manual and a copy of the rare service manual itself running to 40 odd pages!

The successful bidder will receive this item in original packaging and then wrapped again!

I once used this machine to record the folk group I was in to hear how we sounded.That was way back,we split up and I hav"nt used it since.I put it away,that is until today,I am clearing the attic (so to speak)and let someone else get some enjoyment and use out of this great piece of kit.

I have thouroghly checked all functions and of course everything works as they always did eg.Playback,record,F.Forward and rewind.Counter,VU meters + lights.Sound on sound,sound with sound.A wonderfull example of a legend.

Included:original users manual and 4 spare reels of tape and 1 reel of maxell 18-180 professional recording tape.
