Description

Red label with silver text. Deep groove, original. Salim is the leader, arranger. 6 tracks include Kenny Dorham, trumpet; Johnny Griffin, tenor sax; Pepper Adams, baritone sax; Buster Cooper, trombone; Wynton Kelly, piano; Paul Chambers, bass; Max Roach, drums; Chino Pozo, conga. Stamped "promotional" on both labels and on the back cover.

Cover: VG to VG+ 3" scotch tape on the top edge which repairs a 2" split. Some edge wear. Light aging on the back cover.

Record: VG++ to Mint(-) Visually shows no wear. No markings on the vinyl surface. There are a few clicks on both sides. These are isolated and only minimally affect the overall fine sound quality on both sides of the record. Audibly checked.
