** ORIGINAL 1971 UK 1L/1L VERY FIRST PRESSING ON PLUM COLOURED LONDON LABEL OF RARE CLASSIC AL GREEN SOUL VINYL LP **

An Excellent condition disc. Lustrous shiny vinyl. A few very light light hairline marks can be seen under a strong light, from where the LP has been taken out of the sleeve over the years. Very few centre spindle marks. Original STEREO mixes of both sides. No skips, jumps, warps, sticking, scratches or writing on labels. Both labels in very clean condition. Excellent sound quality throughout, with very little surface noise. A very listenable LP indeed. Tested on a Thorens turntable.

Sleeve with laminated front is in Excellent condition. "Sleeve printed and made in England by Senol Printing Limited". Very little wear anywhere. No creasing. No seam splits. No writing anywhere. No tears. No rips. Spine in very good condition, with all text still clearly legible.

Supplied in original company sleeve, with polythene liner, which is in Excellent condition, with no writing anywhere, no seam splits, but some age-related discolouration in places.

GRADING:

All records are graded using the 'Record Collector' format:

MINT (M): The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records advertised as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

EXCELLENT (EX): The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

VERY GOOD (VG): The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.

GOOD (G): The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discoloration, etc.

FAIR (F): The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

POOR (P): The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.

BAD (B): The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.
