Yes! It's true and genuine! A once in a blue moon chance to own one of the most desirable Joe Meek Produced records on it's first release as a RARE DEMONSTRATION COPY, THE ONLY WAY TRUE JOE MEEK COLLECTORS WANT THEIR MUSIC! Released by Pye in 1965, where even standard pressings now easily sell for approaching £50 in Mint condition. Typical angst vocals and over the top sound effects concocted in that tiny North London flat! The disc belonged to a former Thames TV Producer who stored several randomly selected Demo 45s in a cupboard at his home for about 40 years!!!! Apart from the Record companies own rubber stamped release date on the "A"side Label , the disc is almost perfect! A few faint surface marks from sleeve removal perhaps but it is so near to Mint, to gradeas Excellent would be unkind! I suspect it had 1 play when I tested it on my Trio deck with a recently changed styli and a 2 gram weight there was NO CRACKLE ON THE RUN IN OR ANY SURFACE NOISE AT ALL AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You will never get better! THE 2ND PHOTO IS ANOTHER JOE MEEK DEMO ON AUCTION FINISHING ABOUT 10 MINUTES BEFORE THIS ONE YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!
