US pressing on the Impulse label (AS 9155) stereo red/black label with laminated gatefold cover - recorded in New York on February 26, 1967 (side A) and December 18, 1966 (side B). Originally issued in 1967 with orange label - this is the 1968 edition with the same cover as the original issue and red/black label
