International Rates: First Class Mail starts at $14 for 1st disc. Complete information under 'International Instructions' below.

US Domestic Rates: US shipping charges are calculated by the USPS and include a small handling fee.
Approximate: MEDIA MAIL = $4.00 for 1-2 LPs (discs) + $ .25 / additional disc; PRIORITY MAIL = $6-10 for 1-2 discs plus about $1.00 / additional disc. Packages will be shipped only to a CONFIRMED PAYPAL ADDRESS.

US Media Mail can take up to 21 days for delivery!
I ship twice a week: roughly every 2-3 days. All packages shipped within the US include tracking.

GRADING -- COVER / RECORD -- Example: EX / M- = EX Cover with M- Record
100% VISUAL grading (occasional play-grading will be noted).
RECORD GRADES (from High to Low): M- = looks almost like new; should play almost perfectly (my highest grade for used vinyl); EX = a few lite marks but very little noise; VG+ = 'used but not abused'; more marks than EX and will have slight noise but the music still predominates; VG, G, F, P = increasing marks and noise with each lower grade. Any Record graded above G+ will NOT skip! -- COVERS: Grading follows same system: M- = looks almost like new; EX = shows just lite wear; VG+ = used but not abused; etc. -- LABEL is within '+/-' of the Record grade unless noted. 'Unplayed' means I opened a Still Sealed item for inspection only.

ABBREVIATIONS - common: bb = bubble; cb = corner(s) bent or bumped; cc = cut corner; co = cutout; coh = cutout hole; rw = ringwear; scr = scratch; slt = slight or small; stn = stain; tos = tape on seam; woc = writing on cover. More details here.

PHOTOS / SCANS - If this ad has no photo one may be requested, but I can only post them as time permits; at best that means maybe once a week.
Note: Even if no photo, EVERY LP INCLUDES ITS ORIGINAL COVER!! All LPs also include an inner sleeve.

SHIPPING CHARGES are determined by two factors: by the number of LPs (discs) AND/OR by the VALUE of your entire order. All orders are shipped in One package.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES:

First Class Mail / Package Value less than $50 -- 1LP $14; 2LPs $18; 3LPs $23; 4LPs $27; 5LPs $32; 6LPs $36; 7LPs $40; each additional disc $4.00 -- NOTE: First Class Mail does NOT offer tracking.

Package Value $50 or more -- A SHIPPING SURCHARGE of $10-20 will be added to the First Class Rate; this Surcharge upgrades from 1st Class to include Tracking and/or Insurance, beginning with packages valued at $50 or more. The amount of the surcharge decreases as the value of the package increases: buy more and save. Please contact me before bidding for shipping estimate or if you have questions. I may exempt buyers from the surcharge at my discretion.

Canada -- 1LP $8 + $2.50/additional disc; surcharge of $6-14 may apply when package value is greater than $50.

Brazil, France, Greece, Italy, Mexico, and the UK -- Orders received from these countries are more likely to incur a Postage Surcharge. I can make exceptions on an individual basis but you must contact me BEFORE you bid/buy; certain other conditions may apply.

Import duties, taxes, import charges, and any other Customs fees are not included in the item price nor in my shipping charges. These import / customs charges are the buyer's responsibility -- Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional charges will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up -- do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. I do not mark merchandise values below value for Customs, nor do I mark items as "gifts" -- US and International government regulations prohibit this.

Express Mail includes both a Tracking Number and Insurance. Priority Mail includes insurance. NOTE: The full value of your package will be declared for Customs. I will ship only to a Confirmed Paypal Address.

POST OFFICE BOX address - If you use a POB address, the USPS says that you must provide a telephone number.

PAYMENT: I must receive payment within 10 days. If you want to continue bidding on upcoming auctions, you must pay for items already won/bought within 10 days: When you're finished bidding or buying, I will send an updated invoice and will adjust the shipping charges to give a discount for the additional items you've bought.

GUARANTEE & Refunds: All items are guaranteed to be as graded unless my ad says 'sold as is'. Compensation can be given as refund or credit, full or partial. All items must be returned in order to receive a full refund, and they must be in the same condition in which I sent them. Any Sealed item is guaranteed only for the cover or sleeve unless you ask me to open it and check it BEFORE shipping. Please contact me first if you are returning an item. All Returns must be made within 7 days. Sealed LPs must be returned still sealed. Refund will be issued after I receive and inspect the returned item. Return postage is not always refundable.
