La storia di Carmen Villani è particolarmente interessante. Si era fatta conoscere come cantante negli anni sessanta, ma con il declino della musica italiana all’inizio degli anni settanta, ha saltato il fosso senza problemi per diventare una delle star dei film sexy all’italiana.
Lei è apparsa in una decina di pellicole quasi sempre dirette dal marito Mauro Ivaldi che hanno segnato uno dei decenni più vitali della cinematografia italiana
