You are bidding on an EXTREMELY RARE and HTF EX/VG  UK Polydor release Alex Harvey LP  "The Blues," UK Polydor 237641, released in 1964, featuring Alex and younger brother Leslie on a selection of acoustic blues songs.  Alex Harvey fans will know the history and rarity of this record. The vinyl itself is in EXCELLENT condition, but the cover has some wear, and creasing at the corners as seen in the photo below and a 6" split in the top seam. Despite this, the cover photo of Alex Harvey is still in terrific condition as can be seen in the photo. The spine also has some wear although it is not split. The back is in excellent condition as shown in the photo with only some ringwear. The back of the sleeve is actually much better than is shown in the photo.  (see photo) Look for our other rare books, CD's and blues and rock vinyl in our other auctions.
