K TEL LABEL 1977 ORIGINAL FIRST & ONLY UK PRESSING WITH GARROD & LOFTHOUSE GATEFOLD SLEEVE & BOOKLET, IN NEAR MINT CONDITION.

Released in 1977, I am offering today this rare original first and only UK pressing on the K TEL label of this novelty album that is titled "ALEX HARVEY PRESENTS THE LOCH NESS MONSTER". The album features locals telling their stories of sightings of Nessie with Alex interviewing them. In fact there is only one music track by Alex on the whole album.
A mega rare album for any Harvey completeists that rarely turns up for sale.
The album comes complete with its original Garrod & Lofthouse matt gatefold sleeve which like the vinyl is in very clean excellent condition with fully legible spine text and no splits stickers or unwanted writing etc.
The album also comes with its original booklet ( Descriptive Diary ) which is in very clean and complete with no loose pages or unwanted writing etc.
I have just played this through for these listing purposes and I am pleased to say that it plays nicely with superb audio. Needless to say absolutely no sticks or skips etc.
No others on ebay.
The VINYL, The Vinyl visually looks barely played. I have just played it through for these listing purposes and can state that it plays with absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc.
The SLEEVE, The Garrod & Lofthouse printed matt gatefold sleeve is in very clean condition with no splits stickers or unwanted writing etc.
The LABELS, The labels are very clean, showing virtually no spindle traces. Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.
The INNER, The original K Tel company inner is clean and free from any unwanted writing etc but is somewhat creased and has a small tear at the top.
The BOOKLET, The Descriptive diary is in very clean & complete condition with no loose pagers or tears etc.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
