Description
Algarnas Tradgard - Framtiden Ar Ett Svavande Skepp, Forankrat I Forntiden Cover is a nice VG++ (no seam splits or tears, but some corner creases); Vinyl is a beautiful M-.
Pressing: Silence SRS 4611 (1972) This is a yellow label press, so a late 1970's reissue. Still not an everyday piece!
For me, this is truly a Top 10 island record. After listening to this for 15 years now, I still hear something different everytime. The next logical step of where Sides 3-4 of Amon Duul II's "Yeti" would go. "A phenomenal, unique album sounding a bit like krautrock based on Nordic folk music. Some parts remind me of Amon Duul, Annexus Quam 's "Osmose", and maybe some of the otherworldlyness of early Tangerine Dream. The outer space atmosphere also brings to mind Lard Free's album "I Am Around About Midnight". Replace the jazz influences of Lard Free with Nordic folk and you have some idea what to expect. A classic! " - Sjef Oellers Welcome to another AshRaTom prog and psych auction! From the point of my ownership (in many cases I am the original owner), all albums are carefully played on a Rega Planar 2 turntable. As well, all covers are protected in plastic sleeves. I'm a conservative grader, so bid with confidence! Albums are well packed and should arrive in the same condition they left. Any problems with the stated condition and we'll work it out I assure you. Payment options:
PayPal: I have a "personal account" with them, so the GOOD news is it's free as long as you pay through a BANK TRANSFER or BALANCE-FUNDED account. The BAD news is I CANNOT (i.e. can NOT) (e.g. NOT NO NADA) accept credit cards through Paypal (see BidPay for that). I have yet to complete an auction where at least one person hasn't tried to pay for the auction using PayPal with a credit card.
BidPay: Credit cards accepted through this service. Please check their site for pricing options.
Money Orders: US$ only!
Cash: US Dollars are of course accepted but is risky to send unless registered.
