The gatefold jacket is in very good condition with some surface and ring wear on both sides. Some light rub wear around the edges and spine with pretty decent looking corners.
The record is in great condition with a couple of light marks as seen in the photos. The marks are very superficial and cannot be felt when running a fingernail over them. Both sides retain a wonderful luster. The photos are brutal in the way they reveal the imperfections. I would expect this to play very well with very light surface noise.
