Description
The second LP by Alice Cooper, the band, from 1970. Five longhairs producing original, unusual and trailblazing music, under the aegis of Frank Zappa’s Straight label (only the very first edition was actually issued on Straight). This is the first green Warners Pressing, with matrices 37648 WS1845 A 1D/39649 -1D WS 1845-B, catalogue number WS1845 (prior to the Kinney K-series used from 1972, although this has a pristine company inner that dates it to 1972).
Record is clean, play tested and sounds great. There are barely any marks or hairlines, even under strong lights. Labels are clean, no writing. The heavy cardboard sleeve is unusually free of splits, ringwear writing, stickers, and major rubbing. Just a little rubbing and corner wear is evident.
