ALICE COOPER 'Halo Of Flies' 1973 Dutch 7"/45 rpm vinyl single

Condition Record/Sleeve: EX+/EX

VERY minor superficial surface wear, textured sleeve is very nice and clean - NO seamsplits, NO writing, NO stickers, NO tears


When the band broke through with "School's out" and the "Billion Dollar Babies" album, interest in the band's early work revived, and the song "Halo of flies" was chosen by many rock music fans in the Netherlands for the once-a-year "Top 100 Allertijden" (a chart purely based on personal preferences of rock music fans). The song peaked #8 in the 1973 edition.

As a result of this, the track was released as a single in the Netherlands only, with the full 8:21 version on side A being one of the longest running 7" singles ever, and became one of the band's biggest hits in the Netherlands.
