Description
Well here it is, the entire Rolling Stones collection of UK Decca 7" 45rpm singles from the 1960's. I bought each one, more or less as they were released, and have looked after them very well. Sure they got played a bit in the 60's but they were never lent out or abused by being left on the floor or left out of their sleeves. Each single remains in its original Decca company sleeve. They are all in very good condition. Most are in excellent condition. A few are actually near mint. Here they are in chronological order:

I believe these to be the entire Decca output for the Rolling Stones in the UK before the Stones launched their own record label. Fortune Teller was due to be their second single but was withdrawn in favour of that Lennon/McCartney song. You also probably know that Memo From Turner is a Mick Jagger solo single.
All these singles are in exceptional condition as, in those days, most were taken to parties and wrecked. These are all clean, nice and very good to excellent. There is no writing on any of the labels or sleeves, no nasty marks or scratches, they all play perfectly. Inevitably there is a little background noise in places, but nothing to worry anyone. Jumping Jack Flash has had its middle removed but has a plastic centre inserted in its place.
If you want a close up picture of any particular label or have a specific question about any of these singles, then please just ask me. Because this is, I believe, a complete collection I am not starting out this auction cheaply. I am just asking for a reasonable opening bid. If these do not sell, I am not prepared to split the collection, I will simply keep them. This is a rare chance to get hold of The Stones output when they were at the very peak of their commercial succes with the record buying public. I am not a dealer, these discs are from my own personal collection and if no sale ocurrs they will not be re-offered. I will mail worldwide and there is no reserve on this auction.
