Vinyl is NM with NO scratches, NO scuffs, etc.  Very clean, & looks PRISTINE!  Sleeve is EXCELLENT with very slight corner/edge wear, few small corner dings, small seem tear on upper edge, & does NOT include OBI strip.  DOES include inserts with audiophile info.  See photos.
