NYC, March 22, 1946, July 15, and November 6, 1947 
 Original Savoy 10 inch 33&1/3 DEEP GROOVE MONO Lp from 1949(?), #MG-9015. Thick vinyl pressing with a flat lip edge.
 
The vinyl is clean and glossy, but it plays very light background ticks under the music, and two louder ticks at the very end of the B side, EX.

The cover has light ringwear front and back, it's very yellowed around the edges on the back, and very yellowed along the seams, a tiny split at the bottom opening corner, VG+ (see pictures for more details).
