ALLEN GINSBERG: "William Blake/ Songs Of Innocence, Songs Of.."
"Words by Blake, Music by Allen Ginsberg" also with Bob Dorough, Peter Orlovsky, Don Cherry, Janet Zeitz, Cyril Caster, Elvin Jones, Julius Watkins, Herman Wright. Includes pages of reprinted lyrics (poms) plus Allen's own perceptions of the sings.
Original 1969 USA pressing on Verve Forecast Records (FTS-3083). Record and labels are Near Mint. Cover has light wear only (appears somewhat worn due to the actual design - graphic - itself) and has these flaws: large cutout notch remainder mark on spine; tiny piece of clear tape (CT) on spine; 2 very small pieces of CT on opening edge wrapping around to inside cover; and there's a small piece of yellowed CT at top center inside front cover. Mentioning all these flaws may make it sound like it's not a nice-looking cover but actually it definitely is. Except for the cutout notch each of these flaws is quite minor. Otherwise the cover, especially the pages inside the gatefold, is gorgeous. (See last three pics for detail- these cell phone pics look different than my first pics done on scanner).
