This is the rare UK 1st Press of 'Idlewild South'. This press is complete with the earliest mustard and grey Atco label, the earliest A1/B1 matrix and the matt stickered MacNeill press sleeve.
The record is in Very Good condition. The heavy vinyl is exceptionally bright and glossy with a couple of light wispy marks and one mark on side 2. On playing the sound is very warm, rich and clear. There are a couple of moments of background noise and some clicks on the mark, otherwise it still sounds superb. The Atco label is completely clean with bright mustard and grey and sharp text. There is NO spindle wear, just a couple of spder marks.
The matt MacNeill press sleeve is in Excellent condition. The sleeve is completely clean and the front cover picture is still bright and unworn. The grey is still solid and the white is crisp. There are just a couple of light creases. The whole sleeve is still solid and the pinched spine is firm.
