This is a clean very rare half speed audiophile pressing of The Allman Brothers Band, Eat A Peach, pressed by Victor Musical Industries in Japan on virgin vinyl that is translucent, and released by Mobile Fidelity Sound Labs in 1984. Keep in mind that this is the first edition of this MFSL record not the more recent release of few years ago. This is a very rare album set that has a book value of $200 for near mint copy. There are only a few of these available on line and both are offered for several hundred dollars.

The LPS visually are in excellent condition. Two of the four sides are mark free. Side 1 has a couple of barely visible needle drag marks that cannot be felt and do not appear to sound. Side 2 which encompasses the entire side of first part of Mountain  Jam is clean but has a couple of barely visible light scuff marks. Three of the four sides play very clean and quietly. Side 2 previously mentioned plays clean with the exception of a few light ticks heard in the two areas of scuffing. I would give play grade on very high end of VG to VG+. The cover is in very good condition. All corners are somewhat worn with wear evident on the tips. The spine and top seams is solid with no splits and with some rub wear. The bottom seam has seam split of about 2-3 inches at the mouth. There are a couple of creases. The front and rear cover are pretty clean with speck of damage over peach on front cover as well as loss of color in small area at top of front cover by the mouth. The color on this textured pastel color cover is still nice.   In grading I use Excellent instead of VG++ for those items deemed just a notch below near mint. Please understand that opened play graded copies may have been graded several weeks before listing so the LP should be cleaned again before play. LPs are cleaned manually as I no longer have machine.

The LPs will be shipped within 24 hours of payment, which is expected within 3 days of auction end, in specially made LP mailer with the LP separated from the cover (for unsealed items) and well packaged to protect the item from damage during shipment. Returns are accepted as long as LP is returned in the condition received. Return of sealed items will only be permitted if returned unopened. 

Shipping cost is $4 per album. To reduce shipping cost, I will combine shipping on multiple items bid and won during the same auction cycle. Please do not pay until I have had the opportunity to manually adjust the shipping cost. I cannot hold items for multiple auction cycles as it will affect my EBAY standing in so far as it concerns shipment time. I only accept bids from US based buyers and will only ship to the address recorded for the buyer on PAYPAL, which is the only method I can accept for payment.

Please keep in mind that I am a retired person looking to sell their collection and not a store or commercial seller. I play grade open items sold and do the best I can in the process to give an honest assessment of the item As is shown by my feedback I think I do a good job of satisfying most buyers. I leave feedback for all buyers and if you are satisfied with the transaction I would greatly appreciate positive feedback from the buyer as well. If for any reason you cannot leave positive feedback or are not satisfied, please have the courtesy of contacting me before leaving negative or neutral feedback. In almost all cases the issue can be worked out to the buyers satisfaction even if it means returning the item. If the item is not as described I will bear all shipping costs including return shipping. If a buyer behaves in a rude or unreasonable manner, and/ or fails to contact me to address issues they have with an item before negative or neutral feedback is left, I will block that buyer from further auction participation.
