Capricorn Records SD2-802) Cover Grades as a Strong VG+ with Light-Wear and a few light cover stains at the top of the back cover only..)
Records Grade Between VG++ and NM or Mint-Minus..Strong High-Gloss and Full-Sheen is seen throughout all 4 sides of this hard to find White Label Promo LP..There is a Sticker also on the front cover from a Chicago.Illinois Promtional or A&R Company..Along with the Original DJ Promotional Sticker from Atlantic Records in NY...As Seen in the photo... This is the nicest copy that I have seen in a very long time..Next to my own personal copy and a Former WLP Mono Issue that I had someone sell for me on EBay in the late 90's...,These don't show-up regularly,I can guarantee you this..A Former Owners Name is written across the Label only on the first Record on Side 1...Scratcherzo or something of that effect in black marker and only about an inch long..)
All other labels are ultra-clean and Record has Mirror-Like,Unplayed quality about it..Side 1 Grades as NM or M-

Taken from five 1971 performances at New York's fabled Fillmore East, the extended and effortlessly melodic workouts of 'In Memory Of Elizabeth Reed' and 'Whipping Post' remain definitive recordings. The dual guitar interplay of Duane Allman and Dickey Betts glides effortlessly over the propulsive rhythm section of Oakley and twin drummers Jaimoe and Butch Trucks, while Greg Allman's powerful blues voice and melodic keyboard work provides the icing on the cake.
