Description
ALP 1030-35 Wagner: Tristan und Isolde complete with Ludwig Suthaus, Kirsten Flasgstad, Blanche Thebom, Josef Greindl, Dietrich Fischer-Dieskau and Rudolf Schock conducted by Wilhelm Furtwangler
Jackets: All in superb condition with some foxing to inside (see example photo) and a small stain to the reverse of that for ALP 1035
LPs (6): All original thick flat pressings. They seem to have been stored in polythene inners from purchase which explains why overall they are in very fine condition. Expect some surface noise from these very early pressings even if they look near mint. Condition for each as follows:
ALP 1030: Near mint
ALP 1031: Near mint
ALP 1032: Side 5: 5 ticks near opening from a visible mark. Side 6 overall plays Ex with higher surface noise
ALP 1033: Looks Ex, Side 7 (the love duet) plays Ex++, Side 8: a noisy patch of about three minutes with repeating ticks part way into the side, and a further 12 ticks towards the end. Apart from these, Ex+
ALP 1034: Near mint
ALP 1035: Side 11: A scuff gives rhythmic surface noise for three minutes. Overall the side has higher surface noise. Side 12: Near mint
Condition
A Near Mint LP means that there are no sounding marks; there may be one or two very light surface non-sounding marks, but the LP has had little if any discernible play, shows a high gloss, and has no repeated ticks or sign of aural wear. Any other rating will be specifically described. Most LPs have been played through.
A Near Mint jacket will be whole and undamaged, with no significant discolouration. Any variation will be specifically described and rated.

Postage and packing costs:
UK (first class mail): £3.50 for the first five LPs, £1.50 for each additional LP
Europe (airmail): £4.50 for the first LP, £2.50 for each additional LP. This over-rides the standard Ebay international postage rate.
US/Far East (airmail): £8.00 for the first LP, £4.50 for each additional LP
Signed-for delivery required for packages of more than £60; this will cost £5.00. I bear the cost of insurance.
LPs will be packed separately from their jackets to prevent damage in transit.
