Original first UK mono pressing(there is no stereo!)from 1955 on HMV,ALP 1197,red-golden label with big semi-circle.Matrix numbers are 2 XEA 525-1N and 2 XEA 524-1N,so first and second lacquers have been used.Contains the original deluxe innersleeve.

Condition:both sides of the record show a few superficial sleevelines,the second side has 3 tiny hairlines on the last 2 tracks(nonfeelable and non-audible).Although looking mint--/ex+,both sides play with a low crackling,beeing more behind the music in louder parts and beeing more prominent in quieter parts,side 2 has also 2 louder tics,overall ex--/vg+,with side 1 playing better than side 2.(I don’t have a mono cartridge for playgrading wich might even improve.)The cover shows light agewear,all seams are intact with slightest rub on top and mare rub at the bottom,overall ex.

Grading:this used record has been cleaned on a prof. cleaning machine.After that I playgraded it on a Rega Planar 9 with a Rega Super Elys moving magnet system and I also visually graded the record under a strong light.I give you a detailed description of both gradings.Only an unplayed record is mint,the highest grading for a used record is mint-! My basic gradings are:mint-ex-vg.As a free service,cleaned records are stored in a brandnew deluxe innersleeve and the cover will be placed in a brandnew PVC protection-sleeve!
