Grading Scale Definitions : 

Mint / M :  A perfect record, unplayed, very few records will qualify as Mint.

Mint Minus / M- / NM :  Record looks like new, no visible marks, high gloss, possibly in unplayed condition. No visible label wear in this grade category. 

EX+ :  Close to like new, may have very light micro fine hairlines and/or sleeve marks, nothing that will affect play. Very minimal label wear.

VG+ :  A well cared for record, sleeve or paper marks, light scuffs, fine hairlines. Very minimal or no surface noise. Minimal label wear, should be mostly on the ring line, there may be stickers or sticker residue.

VG :  Record shows more signs of wear, may have a few scatches, heavier scuff marks. There may be noticeable surface noise in the quiet parts, but still an enjoyable record. A great record for DJ' ing.

VG- : There may be deeper scratches, some pops and/or clicks with more noticeable surface noise throughout the songs. The labels are showing heavier wear, maybe some scrapes and tears.

G : Heavy wear on the vinyl and labels most likely noticeable noise throughout , and maybe some skips or repeats as well. You have to really want a song to go after a record in this condition.

XOL: An X on label  // WOL: Writing on label  // SOL: Sticker on label  // SROL: Sticker residue on label  //  DNAP: Does Not Affect Play.
