The recording is great, and the record was pressed in Japan by JVC just like the MFSL pressings of the same time period. A+M audiophile records are sleepers, that is, they are on the same quality level as the Mobile Fidelity records but they haven't shot up in price yet. And since they only put out their own material; they had access to the first generation tapes rather than copies that may have been sent to other companies for their pressings.
This is a fantastic sounding recording and only one or two copies of this title show up for sale each year!

The record is in nice condition with the only mark being a small patch of very hard to see ultra-fine hairline scratches on side two that seem to be a dust scratches. I really can't tell. The jacket is a lighter weight cardboard that is more like European jackets which tend to be prone to damage. It shows edge wear, scratches and a spot at the upper right were a sticker was removed but there are no splits, cuts or promo holes.
It has been professionally cleaned on a VPI 27 Typhoon record cleaning machine, and then again on a KL Audio Ultrasonic record cleaning machine.
