Amazing find! What appears to be a Beatles George Harrison Capitol 45 rpm pre-release promo (Test Pressing?) on a blank white label. One side is written in green pen "2995 Capitol" on top with "My Sweet Lord...G Harrison" on bottom with a symbol to the left of "my sweet lord" that indicates "plug side?". The matrix run-off reads "S-45-X 4703-2-8" followed by an etched triangle with "I Am" etched inside. The other side has "2995" written in green lettering on top with "Isn't It A Pity..G. Harrison" on the bottom. The Matrix run-off reads "S-45-X 4704-2-8 followed by the etched triangle with "I Am" etched inside. I'm assuming this was pressed at the Capitol record facility & sent to a select few DJ's--or pehaps was used as a "Test Pressing" by Capitol /Apple execs to determine if corrections were to be made or whether this was to be the "final cut". The 45 grades VG to VG+ & does play with some surface noise (no skips) but considering its rarity, it certainly will make a wonderful addition to someones George Harrison / Beatles collection.
