ALBUM INFO: 

First LP from the British 60's beat combo, Amen Corner, featuring lead vocalist Andy Fairweather-Low. The album includes their first hit 'Gin House' and their third hit single, which was a number one, 'Bend Me Shape Me'. Due to their success with their first three singles, they signed for Deram Records. In the November of 1967 they were the first band to tour with the legendary Jimi Hendrix and The Move. This LP also includes a cover of the ballad 'Love Me Tender' made famous by Elvis Presley. For a first LP this is one of the best beat albums of the 60's.

VINYL: 

(EX) There are some light surface marks on the vinyl.

COVER: 

(EX) The front has a little laminate lift to the spine with some laminate creasing. The back has some wear mainly around the sides, this shows some segments of ring wear; there is also a little brown staining to the bottom of the sleeve and a little to the top. Please get in touch if you wish to see extra pictures and I will send them via email.

EDGES/SPINE: 

There is some wear and the spine has some creases, however no damage.

INNER SLEEVE: 

The inner sleeve has some creasing with some discoloration due to age. There is some writing to one side on the top left hand corner; also there are a few small paint smudges.

LABELS: 

Clean, no damage or writing. 

AUDIO GRADING: 

I play all LP's on my Pioneer PL 550-X. This album plays excellent with only a couple of minor faults. Both sides have some surface noise, whilst Side 2 pops twice. There is however no clicks, jumps or distortion, and these minor faults do not spoil a truly fantastic listen!

PACKAGING: 

I use preformed and standard mailers with stiffeners. I always take the vinyl out in its inner sleeve and place on top of the cover. This is then placed into a soft protective sleeve and packaged with stiffeners for full protection.
