Description
Up for auction is a copy of the rare American Spring LP, released in 1972 on United Artists, cat no UAS 29363. This is a UK pressing, co-produced & co-written by Brian Wilson. This LP includes some wonderful performances of compositions by Leon Russell, Carole King & Tommy Roe as well as the expected Wilson-composed gems. Currently unavailable on CD, it’s something of a lost classic. Your Beach Boys collection is incomplete without it.
Condition: not bad at all. A few minor handling marks on the vinyl, the cover has a small sticker tear. Overall VG+/EX (vinyl/cover).
My grades: I use a 10-point scale: M-; EX; VG+; VG; VG-; G+; G; G-; F (fair); P (poor). I never use mint as a grade for used records. I am a long-time (25+ years!) record collector, and play-grade where possible. My feedback from buyers indicates I normally undergrade in listings.
