Cover: m (sealed) Excellent live free improv performance from Eddie Prevost (percussion), Keith Rowe (guitar), and John Tilbury (piano), in rare still-sealed condition. Rowe pushes the limits of available sounds from his guitar in exploring all kinds of unusual bowing and muting/preparation techniques as Tilbury and Prevost back him up to create jazzy moments, minimal drones, atonal noise, and other sound world investigations.

Prevost cites Max Roach and Ed Blackwell as prime influences, founded Matchless Records and AMM with Leslie Gare and Keith Rowe, and has worked in free jazz and electronic settings with Cornelius Cardew, Rohan de Saram, Evan Parker, Marilyn Crispell, Paul Rutherford, Supersession, Resoundings, Free Jazz Quartet, Masters of Disorientation, GOD, Main, and EAR. Tilbury is known for his performance of avant garde classical composers like Christian Wolff, Cornelius Cardew, Morton Feldman, Anton Webern, Alban Berg, and Earle Brown. Rowe worked with Mike Westbrook and John Surman and was friends with John Cage, David Tudor, and Jasper Johns. Packing - I pack professionally using new record mailers exclusively from Cameron Packaging (which I have determined are the best and most protective). For used lps, I remove the lp and inserts from the jacket, cover it in a layer of bubble wrap, and then reinforce it with a cardboard insert. All records are shipped with poly plastic sleeves. All packages are completely sealed with strong packing tape covering all openings. If you'd like your package done any differently, just let me know.
