Stravinsky - The Firebird (Complete Ballet)

(Mercury AMS 16038 (SR 16038) UK LP 1960)

 

This is a UK original "Mercury Living Presence" Stereo LP pressing. Distributed by EMI Records. It has a front laminated flipback sleeve. It comes with its original polythene-lined company "Emitex" inner sleeve. 

The record has grooved Mercury labels. It has 1st press SR 90226 A and SR 90226 B matrix numbers. I have some other rare UK Stereo Classical LP's for sale.

 

Sleeve: There is a 7.5 cm seam split at the centre of the top edge. There is a small tear to the front picture near the bottom. There is some moderate fading to the rear sleeve. VG condition.

Vinyl: Light to very mild sleeve rubs can be viewed under a strong light. VG++ condition. The labels are in wonderful condition and show next to no spindle wear. Plays Excellent overall and Excellent+ in some passages. Very well overall. The company "Emitex" inner sleeve is in Near EX condition. There is some light wear and no seam splits.

Grading adheres to “Record Collector” specifications. I shall use good quality packaging (proper vinyl mailers & two card dividers).

Postage for 1 LP in the UK is £4.50. You can add one extra LP for free (up to the weight of 1kg).

Postage for 1 LP in Europe is £6.65 to £7.85 (depending on weight). Add £1.25 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

Postage for 1 LP for the rest of the world is £7.75 to £11.50 (depending on weight). Add £2 for each additional LP up to 2kg.

 

Insurance is necessary if this item exceeds £20. Overseas buyers will add £5.50 extra (plus an additional £2.50 if the item value exceeds £70).
