Condition: Cover: Near Mint. Sticker on cover that I won't attempt to take off. Address on cover rear reads: '43 West 61st St., New York 23'.
Record: Near Mint. 'Ear' and 'VAN GELDER' stamped in dead-wax. Address on labels reads, 'NEW YORK USA'.
Grading: I do NOT use the grade 'Mint'. My highest grade for a record is 'Near Mint', and from there down I use 'Excellent', 'Very Good', 'Good', and 'Poor'.
