Description
This rare LP features iconic cover art by Andy Warhol for the spoken word album "The Nation's Nightmare" by BILL DOWNS. The album, released in 1951/52, explores the themes of drugs and crime in the early 1950s and is a must-have for collectors of vinyl records and fans of Warhol's artwork.
The first side plays Traffic in Narcotics and side 2 plays Crime on the Waterfront. The record is UNTESTED and being sold AS IS. Please view photos to see the condition of the record. There are some clear scratches that may impact the ability to play the record. I do not have a record player, so I don’t have a way of testing how the record plays. There will be NO REFUNDS if the audio doesn’t play correctly.
The record and sleeve are both worn. The sleeve has some writing in pencil that you may be able to erase. All of the artwork is untouched. Sleeve has some ware on the sides and slight bends. View photos for full extent of sleeve condition.
Please request additional photos if you would like more details on the condition.
