Description

ANDY WARHOL LP ILLUSTRATION rare error, back cover information is upside down which means the front cover Warhol art was put on facing the wrong way
Additionally, This is the more rare first issue printing that does NOTinclude text : "a new orthophonic high fidelity recording" below the Warhol art illustration

BYRON JANIS plays GERSHWIN Rhapsody in Blue &
GROFE Grand Cayon Suite exps. with Hugo Winterhalter & His Orch.
RCA VICTOR BLUEBIRD LBC 1045 Mono
3s/7s Stampers

CONSERVATIVE GRADING. Jacket VG / Record Good
The matte jacket has a small white paper tear mark in the upper right side where a price sticker was removed, it does not effect the illustration, some minor partial splits of a bit more than an inch along seams. The vinyl has light scuffing and scratches. Crackle is audible on playback but isn't too distracting plays fine through without skipping. Not a perfect copy but it plays fine, truth is no one usually wants this record for the music, people want it for the cover art and this one being an error makes it even more desirable. A/B labels are good with some light marks around the center hole

Will ship record in a protective sleeve packaged outside of cover in hard LP mailer cover will include a new poly outer sleeve.
