Description

For sale is a 1987 release of The Avatar by Angel Of Mercy (The Record Company, 87001).

This 1st edition pressing of The Avatar was self-released in 1987 on vinyl as a private pressing and was utilized more as a sales pitch to potential record labels than anything else. It has been reissued on vinyl and CD, but this is the original holy grail of metal albums available for sale.

 

 

 

 

CONDITION:


Disc is in VG Condition showing noticeable signs of play wear, mostly superficial with no major or deep scratches. Has some hiss and faint crackle through out most but it is noticeable mostly during quiet moments. Occasional pops appear on both sides but they are not overwhelming, closer to VG+ during aside from quiet parts of the play. The record does have a slight edge warp that doesn't affect play aside from some very very faint whooshes on side 2.

Jacket is in VG Condition with some creasing, minor tears, and sticker on the left side of the cover that wraps around the spine to the back cover. Overall closer to VG+.
