Wow! 'Café' is possibly the only straight-up funk song (sounding like a composition James Brown would be proud of) coming from the country of Angola, and very few copies known to exist! 
Recorded by Angolan-Congolese singer Mario Matadidi (known from Trio Madjesi who shared a stage at Zaire74 in Kinshasa with James Brown and many other American & Latin stars). This is a song celebrating Angolan independence of 1975. It's got funky drumming and wah wah guitars and has a certain afrobeat sound to it, accentuated by the horns and vocals.
Side B is more traditional rumba style but also has funky guitars and horns and it drops into a nice sebene (fast part) half way through.
This copy has some scratches which cause some noise on both sides but given its rarity I would say it's not too bad, still enjoyable.

LISTEN  I have added 3 snippets of 'Café', the song itself is 7 minutes long. The second snippet has some of the crackle in the middle of the song, the third is taken at the beginning of the last part which plays well. Snippets 4 and 5 are from 'A nossa terra e boa'.

Vinyl: VG- a couple of scratches most visible and audible half way into the song (the funk side), causing crackle and clicks, later into the song these are gone. Side B has general crackle. Still enjoyable though, check the snippets. Sleeve: VG+ small fold, bit of dirt and discolorization but looking great, see pics
