(Original 1967 french EP on FONTANA 460.243 ME)

It appears that french singer Anna St. Clair has met "Jean-Claude Vannier et son orchestre" at least three times in her musical career, between 1967 and 1969.
This record appears to be the very first one they recorded together. Just as always, Mister JCV's typical trippy arrangements give to these few 60's "dirty-girly-flowerpop-folk-songs" an unexpected but delightful flavour of craziness.

It also appears that Finders Keepers pope Andy Votel used "L'amour à travers et à tort" last year for his unlimited (and untracklisted) "Histoire de Melody Vannier" mix...
