ANNEXUS OUAM  OSMOSE LP on the German OHR label OMM 56 007 original 1970 issue with the specially designed multi-folding front cover of  four triangles, back and front painted differently so that on each opening of the triangle it produced a different overall impression. It is in EXCELLENT condition, the best I have seen for this very delicate cover !  The corners have just a little scuffing on 3 edges, pictures 4 5 and 6 shows a crease. Some scuffs slight shelf wear on back of sleeve at the top, see picture 7.
The inner sleeve is NOT the original but a replacement uk paper pvc lined, that were around in the 1970s.   The original inner sleeve was the clear thin half round type ?
Vinyl is EXCELLENT very little wear been played very little, with some faint scuffs on side 2. The labels are clean and sharp, no spindle marks !
