Description

This is double L.P. set is the sound track to Francis Ford Coppola's controversial 1979 Vietnam war movie, "Apocalypse Now", which starred Marlon Brando, Martin Sheen, Robert Duvall ("I love the smell of napalm in the morning!"), Harrison Ford, Dennis Hopper, Sam Bottoms and Bill Graham. The movie was made under controversial circumstances, without any assistance from the U.S. military, it had to be shot in The Phillipines using their Air Force. While filming, the jets and choppers were constantly being attacked by communist insurgents, Martin Sheen had a heart attack on the first day of filming and Marlon Brando broke his promise to lose weight for the part of Colonel Kurtz. The use of The Doors "The End", resulted in more of their albums albums being sold in 1980 than in any other year, combined. Remember this was 9 years after Jim Morrison's death.
The records are in mint condition. I can see no marks or scratches.

The album has been kept upright in a plastic sleeve, with all my other L.P.'s in a smoke and pet free home. It's been more than 20 years since it's seen the light of day.

There is no warping.
