The Apostles - On Crusade - Original 1964 Garage LP

Format: two-sided 12 inch LP Speed: 33 rpm

Year: 1964 Label: Private Press / No Label

Condition:

Cover: VG/+ Slight ringwear, no writing, no seam splits, very, very nice!
Vinyl: VG- / VG-/G+ Many light marks, but plays closer to VG; some noise but pretty good!

Don't blink now-- you might miss one of the rarest original 60's garage LPs out there! The Apostles On Crusade is a gem of a garage band record from Andover, Massachusetts, also home to the Rising Storm, among others.

Fans of Justice Records and Andover Academy bands already know what the skinny is but for the less initiated, this is a garage record made by highschoolers in Massachussetts in the pre-Beatles days! Covers include James Brown, the Mar-Keys, and Chuck Berry among others. These LPs were privately pressed and sold only at shows, so very, very few copies have survived. Copies of this record in similar condition have sold for as high as $400 at auctions and record shows.
