Description

Although I have listed this record as used, it is an unplayed copy of the rare initial pressing of the 7" 33rpm stereo single "War of the Ring/Ice Cream Theme" released in 1981 on Slipped Disc records by ARC, catalogue number SD001. The inner white sleeve and the record are mint. The front sleeve is in good condition with no marks, but the back cover, although clean, does have light surface marks that would be expected from having been stored in a pile of records for 30 years and so I cannot list it as new. Overall, the cover is in reasonable condition with a mint unplayed record. The back cover has been signed by both Geoff and John Whitbread, the drummer and lead guitarist for ARC, who still play locally as ARC and I guest occasionally for them on bass guitar. This copy of "War of the Ring" is from their personal record collection.
