Description

For auction is a really beautiful, original US pressing of this 2005 classic from indie rock legends - Arcade Fire. This is the original, first pressing on Merge Records from 2005, not a subsequent re-pressing from 2007 and later. The LP itself is in great shape, but more enticing is the presence of the original insert lyrics booklet and the beautiful gatefold cover. A rare chance to find this classic indie LP in this kind of excellent condition!

Vinyl Condition: EX (glossy & clean with a few light scuffs that do not impact play back - a good looking LP - see grading guide below)
Cover Condition:  EX (nice looking gatefold cover with little wear, original lyric booklet is still present)
Notes: Original 2005 pressing of this indie classic!


Vinyl Grading Guide:

M/NM: I only use these grades for sealed records (M) or records that are opened but have never been played (NM).


Ex: May have some very light scuffing from taking the record in and out of the paper inner. Should play with very little to no background noise.


VG+: May have some light scuffing from taking the record in and out of the paper inner. May have some inaudible marks or hairline scratches. May play with minor surface noise/crackle that should only really be noticeable at the most quiet parts of the record. 


VG: May have some more intense scuffing and hairline scratches. May also have some deeper scratches that can be felt and may cause popping and/or clicking, but shouldn’t skip. Plays with surface noise that is pronounced and noticeable but doesn’t ruin the listening experience. You can still listen to it and enjoy it, but it is both visually and audibly most definitely used. 


Good/Fair/Poor: I won’t sell anything with these grades unless they have high collectable value.
