(9) Near Mint - As close to new as possible. No stains, no holes, no flaws of significance - Only extremely minor flaws (if any) - from natural handling - only noticed upon close inspection.

There should be no stains, no writing, or any other significant flaws. // e.g. With neckties, there may be a slight hint of wear around the neckline, slight rubbing on the surface, minor, small holes created from price tags - only noticeable with close inspection.
