From 1965, out of New York, comes Archie Shepp with his album Fire Music on Impulse! A-86 orange label. Laminated gatefold cover featuring the original cover which shows a picture of Archie and his sax lower right hand corner and has a purple and orange box right side of front cover.The photo was changed on the later presses to feature a contemporary shot of Archie and not the "be-bop" photo of the original cover. The reissue also has white on the right hand side of the front cover. This is the original! Five cut album with Archie being helped by Ted Curson, Joseph Orange, Marion Brown, Reggie Johnson, Joe Chambers,David Izenzon,J.C. Moses. Check out the cut Lod Olividados.

FLAWS: Cover has small rubs to lamination.
