We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after auctions end. Please keep in mind our listings are time consuming in detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.Overseas mail to some countries (Italy, Russia, France, in particular) has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable and will result in blocking the bidder. We work hard to provide excellent service as is represented by our 8000 plus positive feedback.   We use a VPI machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of 3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.   We take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. With an intoxicating, genre-blending sound, provocative and uncompromising songs, and the mesmerizing power of singer Jim Morrison's poetry and presence, the Doors had a transformative impact not only on popular music but on popular culture. Each generation goes thru a Doors phase. The legend is kept alive by the endless cycle of re-releasing the same six studio albums . Way back thirty years ago a lot of excitement was generated around this release, it was the first Doors album in twelve years to feature unreleased live material ...'You were my queen and I was your fool ' line occurs during 'Gloria' .Taken from a sound check at the Aquarius Theatre 1969. Great opening track.. It gets even better during Light My Fire's ' Graveyard Poem' section with the extended soloing being live perfection.. At the beginning of 'Little Red Rooster' a marijuana cigarette is thrown on to the stage. Morrision picks up says " Man that's what I call a New York joint, you can pick your teeth with a New York joint" ! Surprisingly, this captures the trippy, psychedelic energy of the Doors' live performances, resulting in a thoroughly fun listen. "Light My Fire" is just as trance-inducing as it should be, "Little Red Rooster" sounds just as dirty as it should, and "Moonlight Drive" feels just as mystical as one would expect.
