NOTE – I insist on being fair and honest – with no fine print or unpleasant, hidden surprises for my buyers. It is a matter of respect. Therefore, I am addressing common concerns openly by answering frequently asked questions in advance within the details below. Like many people, I prefer transparency over misunderstandings. I have used large, easy to read fonts (which makes this post seem longer than it is). Thanks for taking a minute to read the facts.

First, any bright spots, dark areas or/and yellowing as may be seen in pictures was likely created by the scanner or camera flash, natural light reflections or/and shadows. Be assured these product flaws are not visible to my eyes when holding the item in hand if not stated in description. Sorry, but neither the camera/scanner nor I as a photographer, are perfect – but we try hard. Please ask questions as needed.

My opinion of item condition is explained the best I know how. I attempt to explain each area of an item – the points that if I were buying it, I’d want to know. I do "play grade" but remember that my equipment is not yours and as such, my experience may be different than yours. Also, to protect the vinyl my needles are replaced every 6 months.

Generally speaking overall grading… New  (unopened); Like New  (opened and perhaps played, but with no known flaws); Excellent  (very minor visible blemishes – sound considered to be ‘like new’); Very Good  (light/soft visible issues, with spotty audio noises); Good  (looks played with some wear, but still worth listening to); Fair  (been obviously enjoyed with moderate physical issues – plays scratchy on my player, but with no skipping); Poor  (shows heavy defects and sound is affected).  Display  (best suited for framing or as a temporary filler for a collection). A "+" or a "-" indicates slightly above or below grade, but not quite the next level.

We are retiring and downsizing. Many things are being placed up for sale, including my entire personal and cherished life long collections – including CD’s, vinyl, and tapes. Done so with the intent that other caring collector’s may enjoy them; because music matters and should be passed on to future generations! So, be sure to check out the store often for new listings. Buy one or buy them all – while supplies last. ü  Important! Unfortunately, often "catalog product details" which eBay inserts into many media listings (especially music) is/are inaccurate. This data may be out of date, portrayed differently from the actual item and/or includes mistakes like wrong cover photos or artwork, brand labels, distributor, year of release, titles, playlists, etc. Even UPC's which may be shown in item photos (where one is known to exist), is/are not being accepted/validated properly. Therefore, for the sake of accuracy, please do not rely on such details alone; instead, base purchase decisions on item description and photos.

ü  I am not a retailer – so this may be the only like item available in my inventory. I am not a consignment store. I am NOT a drop-shipper either! So be sure to acquire your selections while quantities last! Keep in mind that 99% of these records are no longer in production – so they may not be available at all in the near future.

CONSIDERATIONS

ü  Items come from my home, which really IS a non-smoking and pet-free environment.  Also, buyers can be assured that no added fragrances or chemicals will be added to their packages.

ü   Pictures shown are of the item itself, not web-based images, generic, stock, snagged from other seller’s listings nor catalog photos.

ü Please keep in mind that because of monitor variances, actual item colors are subjective to opinion and may appear slightly different on screen than they may physically appear once in hand.

ü  All records/covers come inside a clear, BCW© cover over-wrap protective plastic sleeve. (EUC)

ü  Records are stored vertically, not stacked horizontally – and are cleaned to the best of my ability before being mailed, unless buyer requests otherwise.

ü  Any promotional “extra” which may have been part of the original purchase, is not included if not shown in the pictures.

ü  At customer’s request, we can offer discounts for multiple purchases made at the same time when being delivered to one address.  And for customer convenience, (if desired) we can also combine shipping for records, however, arrangements must be made prior to making payment. Else the offer will be considered refused/voided by buyer and cannot be reimbursed/changed later should buyer decide otherwise.

PAYMENT

ü  Payment through PayPal is required at time of purchase. Thank you. Because of the Internet sales Tax Law, passed in Congress March 26, 2019, eBay may add and collect taxes as may be applicable to the transaction. This is separate from and is in addition to the sale price of order, plus any shipping cost of item(s). Just as with an ‘in person’ purchase when shopping in a physical store, the tax (if any) will be calculated during check out.

SHIPPING

ü  Once paid, orders are handled during business hours - Monday-Friday, 10AM to 4PM (Eastern Zone), except holidays. Every order includes tracking.

ü  Records are carefully packed, padded and sealed in specially designed mailers for protection and then placed into poly bags to help keep out dust and moisture while in transit.

ü  Generally, delivery requires 4-8 business days as advertised by USPS, plus 1 day in-store processing time.

ü  LP’s ship at the discounted media rate of $4.21 for a 12” single album, $4.94 for a double and $5.71 for a set of 3. Each additional single LP in the same order is discounted to just $2.25 each. Larger shipping discounts available for larger orders.

ü  USPS shipping available to most U.S. destinations, including PO Boxes. However, note that shipping to locations in Alaska, Hawaii, and Military Bases (APO), Ships (FPO), and Diplomatic (DPO) addresses; along with U.S. Territories/Protectorates (Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.) may take longer than average due to distance. Please understand time exceptions/delays may occur during holidays and periods of severe weather, public/national disaster or crisis such as wildfires, storm floods, volcano eruptions, earthquakes, or other non-preventable situations.

ü  Additionally, remember to confirm your delivery address in PayPal before making payment if needed to ensure the package arrives to the right place. Delivery does not have to be the buyer’s personal address, but it does have to be registered so it will print on the postage label correctly. Sorry, seller’s are not permitted to make manual corrections to buyer’s accounts.

RETURNS

ü  In the unlikely event the order has not arrived to buyer three business days past expected delivery date, or, if buyer desires to return order for a refund, please advise us as quickly as possible so we can try to resolve the issue for you. Before refunds can be made, the whole order (at our discretion) must be returned to us within 30 calendar days of date delivered; per eBay policy. And be in same condition as it was sent – even for item(s) which offer ‘free returns’. Example – if record was sent new in factory packaging, it must still be unopened to qualify as a valid return.

ü  IF return is due to an error we made or carrier damage, we will gladly provide buyer with a pre-paid postage label to send order back to us when notified in advance of intent. Returns made by the decision of the buyer without contacting us first (therefore choosing to bypass the use of this pre-paid label) will constitute a voluntary desire to self-pay and cannot be reimbursed. This includes item(s) listed as being a “free return”. Either way (damaged or other reason) we must be notified by buyer PRIOR to the shipping of item(s) in order for buyer to receive this pre-paid shipping label.
