Description
This is the Aretha Franklin LP titled “I Never Loved A Man The Way I love You” on the Atlantic Records label catalog number 8139, in rare mono, released in 1967. This is a 1st pressing of the recording which includes her first major hit, “Respect”.
All records that I have for sale are from my personal collection and were purchased new and played exclusively on a high end turntable.
This 49 year old record was pressed on extra thick vinyl. It is in excellent condition with a few rub marks on the surface plus a scuff line on one side which is not audible and cannot be felt. The record sounds great with typical stylus on vinyl sounds and occasional light clicking. Record labels are in excellent condition. The outer jacket is in excellent condition with a small strip of minor discoloration at the opening edge on the front. All seams are solid. The original printed Atlantic Records inner sleeve is included in excellent condition (see pictures).
I will pack the record outside of the jacket to protect jacket integrity and ship in a sturdy LP mailer with cardboard inserts and bubble wrap for further protection.
