Description

Proprius/Prophone P-7778/7779 original Swedish pressing of this audiophile gem, forever resident of Harry Pearson's Super Disk List.

I bought this LP around 1980 and I don't think I've ever played it. It has no sign of play; the LPs are high-gloss.


There are some faint paper scuffs. They are consistent with similar marks on other brand-new LPs.


There is a very small cluster of hairline scratches, perhaps 1cm in diameter, on side 1, track 2, visible only under bright light. I played that track on my VPI turntable with Lyra Helikon cartridge before listing. The scratches are COMPLETELY inaudible, but if you are a nut about (oops, I mean "very sensitive to," haha) that kind of visual thing, I don't want you to be disappointed when this LP does not meet some Platonic ideal of "perfect." Hey, if you want perfection, I hear they're still making CDs.


But holy shinola, the sound on this disk... Good lord.


I see NO signs of wear on the covers or spine.
