Description
This is a fine original U.S. pressing copy of the second LP by British/German R.I.O. group the Art Bears, released in 1979. The group was a collaboration between former Henry Cow members Fred Frith and Chris Cutler, and ex-Slapp Happy vocalist Dagmar Krause, and their sound is (unsurprisingly) reminiscent of those two bands. The two groups had collaborated in 1975 on the LP, Desperate Straights. The jacket has creasing in the corners and along the spine and seams -- EX(+). The disc is clean with a little light scuffing, and plays with minimal surface noise (M-). The record comes with an insert (M-).
I’m in the process of selling off a large personal collection amassed over two decades. All discs have been stored in plastic lined inner sleeves separate from their sleeves. The sleeves have been stored in plastic sleeves. I have play graded discs except where otherwise noted.
