CONDITION:

VINYL: The seller does not play grade records but did sample segments of this LP and certain passages produce background noise and pops and some of that will likely be attributed to light scratches and a few feelable ones. Those will obviously present some pops but no skips were detected.  This is based on sampling, not listening to the entire LP.  The record played quite well but with music recorded 65 years ago, expect some of the usual pops and background noise. 

LABELS: The labels are great with no writing, stickers, minimal spindle scarring but no other visual label imperfections.  

COVER:
Minor corner, spine or edge wear.  Given the age, this cover is truly a top copy.  The photos will confirm.  Firm, heavy stock with a laminated surface makes this cover shine. The "Stereo" on the front is secure and clean.  All of the edges are intact, including the spine which is very readable.  Top and bottom edges show only small amounts of wear with notable dings on the corners.  Front cover is great.  Rear cover is also great, retaining a nice white color which is rare with this one.  Overall a great cover with this 1st Issue Mono gem.
