ART BLAKEY & The JAZZ MESSENGERS “Jazz Corner of the World” Blue Note 84054 RVG, Stereo Vinyl
This is the circa 1966/70, “RVG STEREO” stamped, Laminated Jacket, pressing of ART BLAKEY & The JAZZ MESSENGERS’ “Meet You at the Jazz Corner of the World” on the “Liberty” labels of Blue Note BST 84054.
VINYL is clean with no discernable marks. Excellent gloss. Plays well. Occasional pop or tick, none consistent. No distortion. No skips. Clean and powerful music signal throughout. The labels show discoloration. All analog Rudy Van Gelder sound that you only get with a pre-1979 pressing. See photos.
OG LAMINATED JACKET is mint. Corners worn. Seams and spine SOLID. Back jacket shows some discoloration, glue residue upper left corner. Please see photos.
This LP was play-tested on a high-end audio system. RECORD CLEANED ON ULTRASONIC CLEANER.
