Blue Note BLP 4090 US 1961 Jazz New York RVG Ear MONO

Record Condition: VG+

Side 1/Side 2: VG+ to NM: Clean and glossy vinyl, some barely visible faint inaudible superficial wear only, plays great.
Label: Blue/White "BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC ? NEW YORK USA" No Deep Groove.
Dead Wax: "RVG" machine stamp and "ear" mark on both sides.
Format: "33 ? microgroove LONG PLAYING" MONO.

Cover Condition: VG+

Front/Back: Beautiful condition, only a few tiny tear on top and bottom of seam.
